At Life Time Academy, this carries into my Vision Statement which is to prepare aspiring instructors for a successful career teaching indoor cycling by gaining the knowledge, skills, and abilities they need to stand out in today’s highly competitive indoor cycling landscape.
I have trained hundreds of instructors through the years and nothing makes me happier than to see them inspiring others, changing lives, and achieving personal success.
About the Instructor:
I have been teaching Indoor Cycling for over 20 years and, as both an avid endurance athlete and lover of music, have found that it is the fusion of two of my greatest passions in life. When I am not teaching classes, you can find me on the trails training for ultra-distance running events, listening to music, or reading just about anything I can get my hands on. I love to learn and I love to share what I’ve learned with others- whether it’s a transcendent experience during an ultramarathon, a great song I’ve discovered, an interesting fact, or an inspiring story. I believe learning is a lifelong endeavor and try to apply that philosophy in all that I do.
