Life Time Academy is proud to present a new virtual program for Life Time Fitness employees aspiring to become Master Certified Peak Pilates instructors. This 12-week course, led by Anne Lukaska, a Level II Master Instructor, is tailored to enhance your skills, whether you’re updating your Peak Pilates® credentials or building a classical Pilates foundation.
The program includes a deep dive into the classical Session Format, the 5-Part Formula for Success, and Level I Classical Exercise Repertoire. While participation is optional, this program is an excellent opportunity for those committed to reaching new heights in their Pilates career.
Course Schedule and Tracks
When enrolling in our Master Instructor Pathway Course, students will select their preferred track—either Tuesday or Friday. Each track offers the same comprehensive content and structure, with the only difference being the meeting times.
To maintain consistency and ensure the quality of the learning experience, students are required to commit to their chosen track for the duration of the course and are not permitted to switch between days. Please choose the track that best fits your schedule.
